We ordered and had installed Window blinds for our kitchen and bedroom.  We called Tidal Blinds and they arrived at the time they said.  They were extremely professional. All the windows were measured perfectly.  They came to install all of the blinds exactly on the time and date they had specified.  The installation was very smooth and the blinds looked very nice.  All in all, the price was very good, and the installation went very smoothly, we were very pleased with this purchase.

If you are considering new blinds, I strongly urge you to contact Tidal Blinds.  They installed roller blinds for us in our previous home (which the new owners love) and when we moved we didnt hesitate to have the do a similar job.  We couldn't be happier with the quality and the staff are competent and knowledgeable plus fun to have around.  It was truly a rewarding experience.  It is hard to find “Good Old Fashioned Service” but these people take that and their pride of workmanship to a whole new level.

Tidal Blinds has the best customer service I have experienced in the home decorating field.  Not once, but TWICE, Barry has had to come back to my house to fix blinds that were eaten by a visiting family member's dog!  Both times Barry came out and repaired the blinds at no cost to me.  This is certainly not something expected as they were damaged through no fault of the manufacturer or installation.  Thanks Barry, I would recommend you anytime!

Last fall I contacted Tidal Blinds regarding window coverings for 25 feet of floor to ceiling windows in our living room.  We love the view, but have found the windows cold during the winter months.  Liz suggested the honeycomb blinds which can be raised either from the top or the bottom.  This option allowed us to have partial and varied combinations of our view while conserving heat in the room.  There were several choices of color and pattern, as well as cost.  Within two weeks of our order the window coverings were installed.  I was very pleased with the efficiency and precision of the installation.  Two weeks after the installation, I received a call from Liz to ensure complete satisfaction with the blinds.   Amazing service!  I would definitely recommend Tidal Blinds.

Last year my husband and I built a new house.  We designed the home for a rental suite on the main level with our living space above.  The second level had 5 very large windows in the living area, which although lovely for views and light, needed window coverings of course.  We purchased these through Liz at Tidal Blinds and were very happy with the results, both the products we purchased and the service we received.  We covered all windows in the suite with good quality roller shades and upstairs we put cordless cellular blinds.  These are great, by the way, no need to worry about dangling cords getting in the way, and it gives a nice smooth look to the blinds.  Liz was very patient and helpful in her guidance and discussion with regards to color, different products, and ways to save money.  The time between ordering and installation was quick as I recall.  Recently, we had an issue where one of the cordless blinds on our patio door would not pull up any more.  One call to Liz and within a day or so, the technician arrived to replace the little gizmo in the top bar, and voila, the blind worked perfectly again and at no charge.  I would highly recommend Liz and Tidal Blinds to anyone who is in the market for window coverings.  You will not be disappointed.
